Wardrobe Crew

We staff and manage experienced wardrobe teams tailored to each production. Our roster includes professionals from stage, screen, and runway—skilled in quick changes, continuity, and backstage flow. We coordinate travel logistics, delegate roles for efficiency, and maintain a calm, collaborative backstage that lets your creative team stay focused on the work.

Organization

We bring order to the chaos. From detailed piece lists to backstage labeling systems, every garment is tracked and accessible when and where it's needed. We coordinate the transport of costumes between camp and stage, and work closely with designers and production teams to ensure each look is show-ready and exactly as envisioned.

Scheduling

We coordinate closely with talent, floor, and hair & makeup teams to develop efficient, show-specific dressing schedules for rehearsals and performances. Our goal is to keep everyone on track and looking their best—without ever feeling rushed.

Dressing

We manage all aspects of getting performers into costume—on time, correctly, and efficiently. Our team handles everything from initial looks to high-speed, high-pressure quick changes mid-show, often in tight spaces and under strict timing. Whether working with high-profile talent or large ensembles, we ensure every costume is secure, stage-ready, and where it needs to be.

Our role is to execute the designer’s vision with integrity and precision—onstage and off. We represent the costume department in production meetings when the designer isn’t present, and speak up for what’s needed to make the vision possible: adequate backstage space, realistic changeover timing, and functional solutions for performer comfort and safety. We’re a steady liaison between design, talent, and production—keeping everyone aligned and the costumes protected.

Planning & Maintenance

We think beyond the stage. From sourcing wardrobe kits—steamers, sewing tools, and essentials—to collaborating with costume shops on quick-change-friendly construction, we support each design from concept to performance. We maintain costume integrity through proper prep, cleaning, and resets—ensuring every piece looks its best and is show-ready, night after night.

Rehearsals & Tech

We’re present and prepared throughout tech, dress rehearsals, and live performances. Our team monitors changes in blocking, staging, or timing and adjusts wardrobe logistics accordingly—ensuring costumes function as beautifully in motion as they do in design. We're there for the full process, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Backstage Logistics

We plan ahead so the backstage runs like clockwork. From attending production meetings to mapping out quick change areas, we ensure the space supports the flow of the show. We collaborate closely with stage managers and choreographers to align on timing, placement, and transitions—so every quick change is executed smoothly.
